Mother addicted to her hobby.

If I were Auburn, I would find a new hobby for her mother such as cooking, dancing, shopping, playing sports, or anything else that are better than playing a computer.
And i'll give her a warning for palying computer a lot too. Moreover, I will stay close to her and take care when she wants some spilits.
